When will my order ship?
Orders Ship in 3 business days starting the day after your order was placed.
Can you guarantee I will have my order by a certain date?
No. Unfortunately we have no control of the delivery date of your package once it has left our hands. The delivery date that is shown by tracking is an estimate and is subject to change at any time.
My package has been lost in transit/stolen. What should I do?
For packages lost in transit, we require a 30-day waiting period before beginning the process of issuing a replacement/refund. This is because many packages will arrive in that timeframe.
If you believe your package has been stolen, please file both a police report AND a claim with the carrier. We do not issue refunds for any packages marked as delivered.
Oh no my item arrive damaged. What can you do?
We understand accidents happen and when shipping items you do not have full control of how packages are handled during transit. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photos of all original packaging and the damaged items within 4 days of your order being marked delivered. All customers have the option of keeping the damaged item(s) for a full refund of the damaged item(s) minus shipping costs, or shipping the item(s) back to us (at the customer’s expense) to obtain replacement(s) at no charge
Package did not arrive on time.
As we always try our best to have packages arrive before holidays and shared events. We can not guarantee delivery dates in any way. We can only guarantee ship-by dates. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for packages not delivered by event dates or holidays due to carrier delays.
