I was trying to order valentines bath bombs and I mistakenly ordered a soap, but didn't realize until after I placed my entire order. I frantically messaged the seller explaining what happened and asked if I would be able to swap the soap for a bath bomb instead. She said no problem and quickly subbed that out.
